These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 333gk. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility
Who May Use 333gk
To register and use the 333gk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
- You may only hold one account with 333gk. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid phone number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 333gk support immediately.
- 333gk reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method before processing any withdrawal. This may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document or a recent utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Closure
You may request to close your 333gk account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
333gk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of abuse of the platform's systems or promotions. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation, and funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits on 333gk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these services are typically credited to your 333gk account balance instantly.
- Bank transfers from participating local banks, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits may take several minutes to reflect in your account.
- 333gk does not charge a platform fee for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are entirely separate and are not within 333gk's control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- You must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Only funds that derive from real-money deposits (or verified winnings from real-money wagering) are eligible for withdrawal. Active bonus balances subject to rollover requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.
- Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
333gk does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that are not registered in the name of the 333gk account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be returned, and the associated 333gk account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 333gk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term will take precedence in relation to that offer only. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless an individual offer's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance. Bonus balance is separate from your real-money balance and is subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino bets may contribute a lower percentage.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion period per player, unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state that it can be claimed multiple times. 333gk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- 333gk reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, used multiple accounts, or engaged in any other activity that constitutes bonus abuse.
Promotional offers and bonuses available during special calendar periods — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, or Victory Day — are subject to the same general bonus terms above unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms published at the time of that promotion. Time-limited offers expire at the date and time stated in the offer terms and cannot be extended.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 333gk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false date-of-birth information.
- Creating or using more than one 333gk account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds that derive from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other fraudulent source.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform misconfiguration to gain an unfair advantage, including intentionally triggering a display or calculation error that results in inaccurate odds or payouts.
Where prohibited conduct is detected, 333gk reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of the prohibited activity, freeze the account balance pending investigation, permanently close the account without prior notice, and pursue recovery of any amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited activity. The determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct rests solely with 333gk, subject to the principles of reasonableness and good faith.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 333gk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 333gk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 333gk brand name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to 333gk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 333gk brand, logo, or any other proprietary marks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the platform; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without 333gk's prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The 333gk platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 333gk does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any game result, odds calculation, or payout will be free of technical errors, though we commit to resolving any verified errors promptly and fairly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333gk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall 333gk's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the digital services sector. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 333gk that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and any award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties.
333gk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. If you continue to use the platform after such changes have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 333gk of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
